What You Need
1/2 bottle of Rebbl chocolate protein*
1/2C fresh pitted sweet cherries
1/2 fresh avocado
1C frozen Cauliflower rice
2 ice cubes
1 Tbsp unsweetened cacao
1 Tbsp Manitoba Harvest hemp hearts

So go ahead pour your 1/2 a Rebbl drink in your blender with the rest of your ingredients and blend until smooth. Spoon into a bowl, cup or leave it right in that blender and top with nuts of choice, cacao nibs and a sprinkle more of hemp hearts. I promise you'll be making seconds of this one.
1- pre cook and cool your cauliflower rice before freezing as cooked cauliflower is much easier on the digestive system.
2- hemp hearts are such the perfect little power food but you can sub out for chia seeds, pumpkin seeds or leave out entirely and your smoothie will still be delicious.
*Can't find rebbl chocolate protein in your local grocer, sub out for chocolate almond milk and add 1/2 a serving of your preferred protein powder.
